What can I expect from a pre-order?
This is a pre-order for all items in the Bad Side Zodiac Collection. Orders are expected to ship in November (subject to change). We will ship your order as quickly as we can. You can expect extended processing and shipping time. At this time we cannot split pre-orders in system. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, your order will ship when it is fully complete. Preorders that include any Bad Side Zodiac Mini Eyeshadow Palettes will receive our #1 selling gel liner, Onyx! FOR FREE! Thank you for your love and patience.
Where is my pre-order? When will it ship?
We wanted to give you a quick update that your order is still processing. We are expecting orders containing Bad Side Zodiac to ship in November. We are working as quickly as we can. Thank you so much for your continued patience.
I ordered or am thinking of ordering using Sezzle at checkout. Can I get more information?

Are your products tested on animals?
We love animals and we do not test on them. We are also Leaping Bunny certified. You can find out more here :)

I received my tracking number but why does it say NOT FOUND?
Please allow 24 Hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
Please keep in mind Postal Holidays as we can not ship these dates

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can you mark my international order as a gift or lower the stated value?
No. We can not do this. It's fraud you silly gooses!
I am an international customer and my tracking info says my package is still sitting in LA?
Your order is on its way! The tracking for your order will be updated when it arrives to your country. It is up to your local post office to scan in the package when it is received. Sometimes they choose not to scan it but it is still on its way to you.
HELP! I’ve been charged multiple times! What do I do?!
Your order did not process if you did not receive a confirmation email. The pending charges you see will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank. Also, please make sure the billing address attached to your card needs to match the billing address you enter.
If you place an order in the future, please only click the submit button once, to prevent multiple charges. Don't hesitate to email us (general@meltcosmetics.com) if you have any questions.
Does Melt offer a PRO discount?
We don’t currently have a PRO discount, but it is something we will look into in the future.
I am a Beauty Blogger, does Melt do any makeup sponsorships?
We don’t currently do any product sponsorships at this time. <3

If you would like to exchange the color for another item that we have in stock,
Please send the exchange lipstick back to:

We will send out your exchange to you once we have received the returned item in the mail. You will be responsible for the shipping charge getting the lipstick to us, but you will not have to pay for shipping on the exchanged lipstick we send back out to you.
