I received my tracking number but why does it say NOT FOUND?
Please allow 24 Hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can you mark my international order as a gift or lower the stated value?
I am an international customer and my tracking info says my package is still sitting in LA?
HELP! I’ve been charged multiple times! What do I do?!
Your order did not process if you did not receive a confirmation email. The pending charges you see will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank. Also, please make sure the billing address attached to your card needs to match the billing address you enter.
If you place an order in the future, please only click the submit button once, to prevent multiple charges. Don't hesitate to email us (general@meltcosmetics.com) if you have any questions.

If you would like to exchange the color for another lipstick that we have in stock,
Please send the exchange lipstick back to:

We will send out the new lipstick to you once we have received the lipstick in the mail. You will be responsible for the shipping charge getting the lipstick to us, but you will not have to pay for shipping on the exchanged lipstick we send back out to you.
How can I get a refund for my lipstick or stack?
